Carbs and fat loss help?
I am 5ft 7 154 lbs with 30 % bfI want to lose fat...not muscle mass though I understand some may go but mainly fatFrom what I calculated is eating 150g of carbs mostly complex and from healthy food ok for fat loss. Coz I been reading that people go as low as 50g of carbs for fat loss, but I do not get how? I exercise right in the morning as soon as I wake up doing 20 40 mins depending on the intensity Cardio and later on in the day 3x week I strength train coz I do not mind gaining lbs if it is muscle but really want to get the bf % down in the teens

im a 17 year old male, about 1.75meters tall and i weigh in about 62kg. i was a fat kid, i weighed about 50kilos when i was just 9 or 10 years old, but managed to be more active and ended up growing up and losing most of the fats. But there is still fats here and there, especially my tummy. Anyway i want to know if losing fats will help to shape up your body, in a sense where im working on my biceps and triceps and i wonder if thers any point of working this hard since there are fats covering the muscle.Should i lose all the fats, and then tone my muscles or will the fats go away while i work out?

Hi, I am trying to lose BODY FAT not weight and I tought the easist and fastest way to lose it would be going on a fruit diet, but my problem is I don't know what to eat to equal 1300 calories because this is the amount of calories I think I should be consuming.I am 5feet 11in a half inches, 16years old male and I weigh between 161 and 165 when I check my weight most of the times.But I don't only plan on just eating fruits I also eat vegetables and other foods with protein I'm just basically stopping to eat meat and rice and bread.Anyways please help me out guys.p.s I am aware that you will lose weight to lose body fat, but I just wanted to specify what was my goal.The main thing I'm wondering about is what i should be eating to consume 1300 calories, because fruits and vegies are low in calories.

I'm a 16 year old guy. 6 ft tall, 213 lbs.I just got a total gym and now I'm gonna start changing my lifestyle and getting fit.I plan on eating 1500 2000 calories a day of healthy food.Jogging for 30 minutes in the morning before my shower and 30 minutes at night before my shower. Working out on the total gym Monday and Tuesday, taking a break from it on Wednesday, then working out Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Ill be drinking whey protein after each time I workout. Ill be working out for an hour to an hour and a half each time. Ill also be jogging every day of the week.Is it possible for me to lose 20 lbs of fat and gain 6 10 lbs of muscle by the end of 2010?I will also be drinking just water and home made iced tea w splenda

I am looking for some people who know from experience. Do you really burn more fat if you run first thing in the morning without eating anything?
